J'essaie une recette demain (mon troisième brassin tout grain) et j'aurais besoin de votre avis sur quelques points svp..
1) Pour l'empâtage on dit: Mash in at 100F, ramp temp to 170F over 135 minutes (100 degré f (37.7 c) ( c'est pas trop froid???) jusqu'à 170 f (76.7 c) (c'est pas trop chaud??) pendant 135 minutes (c'est pas un peu long?) est-ce que je comprends bien? et c'est normal?
2) Je remplace les ingrédients suivants: 12 lbs (5.4kg)de pils + 9 oz (255 gr) de carapils + 27 oz (1.68lb)de sucre de maïs par: 11 lbs (4.98kg) de pils + 48 oz (3lb) de sucre candy clair. Selon le logiciel beer smith ça semble aller.. est-ce que ça vous semble ok aussi?
