J'ai remplacé le Victory Malt par du biscuit.



(J'ai laissé dans le moût les houblons 0 min jusqu'à la fin du refroidissement).



J'ai utilisé un peu plus d'eau que prévu pour le rinçage, ce qui est sans la cause de ma densité initiale un peu faible par rapport à la densité initiale exprimée !!!



J'ai opté pour une ébu de 90 min - comme mentionné dans l'article - pour essayer d'approcher la couleur rouge sang décrite par l'auteur...
