BeerSmith supports Fonctions d'Edition that most Windows and Mac users will be quite familiar with such as Cut, Copy, Paste, Edit, Undo, and Redo. These are available in any of the profile, ingredient and recipe folder views.

Editing an Item
o | Double click on any item to open it for editing. |
Cut, Copy Delete and Paste using the Clipboard
o | BeerSmith supports the standard Cut/Copy/Delete/Paste functions. |
o | To copy or cut an item or set of items, select those items. You can select multiple items using Ctrl/Command-click or Shift-Click with the mouse. |
o | Click on the Cut, Copy, or Delete button on the ribbon or edit menu to cut or copy the selected items to the clipboard. |
o | If desired, switch to another folder, view or file |
o | Click on the Paste button to paste the cut/copied items into the current folder |
Undo and Redo
o | We've made a real effort to allow undo and redo for any of the major Fonctions d'Edition within a given BeerSmith session |
o | To undo the last editing function you performed, click on the Undo button on the toolbar or edit menu |
o | To redo an edit you previously undid - use the Redo button on the toolbar or edit menu |
Right Click Editing Menu
o | Like many popular programs, you can also access the most common Fonctions d'Edition for an item by right clicking (control-click on the Macintosh) any item to bring up a pop-up menu with common Fonctions d'Edition |
